For foreign residents who have stayed in Japan medium- to long-term:

Are you troubled by what to do with the furniture, home appliances, tableware, or everyday items you used, thinking, "They're still usable, but I don’t know how to dispose of them"?

Before throwing them away, consider reaching out to us for our home pickup service. We assess even small quantities!

Estimates are completely free. You can also visit our store to show us photos and consult with us for free, so please feel free to ask.

Ease your burden with an early consultation before going back home

It’s hard to take the furniture and appliances you bought for living in Japan back home with you. Disposing of them as bulky waste through the local municipality requires effort—applying, waiting for the collection date, purchasing disposal fee stickers, and so on.

Especially when your departure date is close, municipal collection schedules might not align with your timeline. If you want to clear out your room before moving out or completing your final apartment inspection, our home pickup purchase service is a convenient option.

Here are examples of items you can consult with us about:

  • Tables, desks, and chairs

  • Chests, shelving, and storage units

  • Refrigerators, washing machines, and microwave ovens

  • Rice cookers, vacuum cleaners, and hair dryers

  • Tableware and kitchenware

  • Everyday items and small furniture

Additionally, furniture that requires disassembly—such as beds or large wardrobes—may incur a service fee. This varies depending on the work time required and how difficult the items are to remove.

Even for items that might incur a fee, we can check them in advance if you show us photos and sizes. To avoid any issues on the disposal day, we recommend getting a free estimate early.

(Fee examples: Disassembling one bed: ¥4,000 / Disposing of a large shelf: ¥6,000)

*Fees may vary based on ease of removal and parking availability.

We collect home appliances even if they are broken or malfunctioning

Please feel free to consult with us about home appliances, whether they are still working or malfunctioning. At our store, we guarantee collection of home appliances even if they have faults or don't work.

You can consult with us even for conditions like these:

  • The washing machine makes unusual noises

  • The microwave oven operates unstably

  • The vacuum cleaner has weak suction

  • The rice cooker has scratches or stains

Normally, disposing of appliances can require specific procedures and fees depending on the type of appliance. However, if you have items that can be purchased (bought back) by us, we can offset the collection costs with the purchase amount.

As a result, clearing out your room can end up cheaper than disposing of everything yourself. While not every item can be sold for a high price, it is definitely worth consulting with us if you want to lower your disposal costs as much as possible.

A valid ID is required for our purchase service

Foreign residents using our purchase service must present a valid form of identification for identity verification.

The 4 types of valid ID accepted at our store are:

  1. Residence Card (Zairyu Card)

  2. Special Permanent Resident Certificate

  3. Individual Number Card (My Number Card)

  4. Japanese Driver's License

Please note that a passport alone CANNOT be used to access our purchase service.

We cannot accept purchase requests if you only present a passport.

If you would like to use our home pickup purchase service, please prepare one of the above IDs prior to your estimate or visit date to ensure a smooth procedure.

Get peace of mind with an early estimate before heading home

Before returning to your home country, tasks quickly pile up—moving out of your accommodation, procedures at the municipal office, shipping luggage, traveling to the airport, and more. Putting off the disposal of furniture and appliances can lead to a last-minute panic in your final days.

Before throwing away items that are still usable, take advantage of our free estimate. We accept inquiries for small amounts of furniture, appliances with minor malfunctions, tableware, and daily goods.

While furniture requiring disassembly or unusable furniture may incur fees, we guarantee collection for items that do not require disassembly, such as desks, chairs, and chests. We also guarantee collection for home appliances, even if they are broken or faulty.

Since we cannot accept requests with a passport alone, please prepare your Residence Card, Special Permanent Resident Certificate, Individual Number Card, or Japanese Driver's License.

We are here to help make your room cleanup before going home as simple and hassle-free as possible. Feel free to contact us anytime to start with a photo consultation or a free estimate!
